We often get asked how our process works when it comes to cleaning your tile and grout. Everyone has a right to what they want or don’t want done to their home. Before you can opt in or out of something you need to know the details of the process. The Grout Medic of Denver has always believed in full transparency of our process and the products that we use when cleaning your home. Here is a breakdown of what you can expect from us from start to finish.
The first step is always a phone call to us to set up a free evaluation for what you want done in your home. Normally we would set up a time to come to your home but due to the coronavirus and technology, we are able to set up a time to do a video conference. During that time, you will show us the different areas of the home that you want cleaned or repaired. Through that process we will be able to provide you with an accurate quote that we will promptly send to you.
After you review the quote and approve it, we then get notified and will give you a call to set up a day and time to send our technicians to do the work in your home. They always arrive as close to the time given depending on traffic and weather. Once they get there you can count on them to make sure that they sanitize before they go into your home. They wear shoe covers and wear a mask to make sure that both you and they are safe.
From there they set up in the area that they are working in. They use drop cloths and make sure to follow the work order to the finest detail. If they are cleaning, they will use a steam cleaner that will actually disinfect any surface that we use it on. At times when you have a lot of dirt and grim in it, we will use a degreaser to help get that up from your tile and grout. We then apply either a clear sealer or a colored sealer to the grout when completing it. If you are getting repair work done, then the process is a bit different.
Once they are finished, they then make sure that everything is up to your standard. This makes sure that there is nothing missing when it comes to what you want done.
