Charles and I really appreciate the fine job that Hector did at our home. I discussed the colors with him when he arrived so he knew that I was a little nervous about the color selections. At lunchtime, Hector told me that I had the wrong product for the master bathroom countertop backsplash seam - grout, not caulk. We really thank him for his concern that the job be done correctly and last a long time, not just look cosmetically good. He also said that Antique White would really be a better color choice than Bright White for the shower floor. I think that these changes in color/product added some some extra time to his work day, but he really wanted the job to be right. It is so great to be delighted with Hector and the work that he accomplished at our home.

We had several lifted and hollow tiles in our basement bathroom and laundry room over the summer. We thought it was related to the excessively wet weather lately but wanted a professional opinion. Grout Medic inspected and told us there was no moisture issue but rather just old, cheap mortar that had given out causing tiles to lift or become hollow. Jesus and Harold offered a competitive quote for the work and even worked with us to meet our budget. We greatly appreciate their flexibility.

The install team arrived on time, respected our home during their busy workday and finished in a timely manner with minimal mess/dust which surprised us. It means the world to us when installers can treat our home like their own and be respectful instead of unprofessional and doing a shoddy job just to cut a check. They salvaged all of our tiles and reinstalled so our rooms look like nothing ever happened.

We loved working with Jesus, Harold and Grout Medic. They replied to emails promptly and answered our questions about caring for the new grout/mortar even after the job was done. They’ve definitely earned our business for any future projects. Appreciate you guys!!

Grout Medic was a wonderful company to work with. They were very professional throughout the entire process. Jesus came out and gave us an accurate and fair estimate. A week later Henry came out and completed the work. There were no additional costs and he did an excellent job! While doing work in our master bathroom and kitchen, Henry consulted us about the color of the caulking to make sure it was the look that we wanted. After the work was complete, Jesus came back out because I was worried about the transition piece from our master bedroom to the master bathroom. I am in a wheelchair, and when I was going over the transition piece, it was making a cracking noise. It turns out there was just some grout underneath the transition piece and Jesus took the time to clean it out and make sure that I was comfortable with it before he left. So glad we called Grout Medic Denver! The work done on the master and kids’ bathrooms renewed both spaces - applied excellent products, and the lines are perfect. When Jesus did the estimate, he only charged us for what needed to be done and picked matching grout so there is no difference between the replaced grout in the lower shower and the upper parts of the shower where the grout was replaced. I started pricing out floors a few years ago because every time I looked at my not so old kitchen tile, it looked dirty and dated. Now, I not only like to look at my floors, but I am proud of them; they look new! The technician was so careful to not only clean each part but went over the grout color with me twice to make sure it was the best choice...and it was! My white master shower looks just as new as my floors after they worked on it. They also repaired tile as well. I waited a few months to write this review because that is the true test, time..and they are holding up beautifully as promised. This is a 10 [out of 10 review] because it was largely work that was being redone. The first work done on our bathrooms wasn't the best and I wasn't happy. Jesus came out and reviewed everything and suggested ways to improve the quality and look of our grout. The rate reflected this and the rework done was GREAT! Sometimes there are problems to solve, and to us, the way they are solved shows the standards of the company. Things look much better now and I believe our grout will hold up better as well. We are almost afraid to use our shower because we want to it stay as beautiful as it is now, but we are using it and it’s great! I actually wanted to ask if you have a type of cleaner that you would recommend or shower sprays that you recommend. In the past we used harsher cleaners and grout brushes to fight the mildew but I don’t want to damage the new grout now.

My wife and I went to the Denver home and garden show on February 7t stopped by the Grout Medic booth and talked to Jesus about having the tile in our master bathroom cleaned and resealed.

Jesus came out on February 12th and gave us a estimate for the repair, cleaning and resealing. The price for the work to be done was completely spelled out in the estimate and we decided to have Grout Medic do the job.

The work was was scheduled to be done on today February 16th it snowed all night last night and early this morning the technician arrived ready to do the work.

He did a outstanding job the repairs are flawless and he even cleaned the tub and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the work before he presented us with the bill.

There are a lot of companies in the Denver area that advertise that they can do the kind of work that we had done by Grout Medic but for my money Grout Medic went far beyond what they advertise and you would be hard pressed to find a company that lets the customer know that they are important to them.

If you give them a call you won’t be disappointed.

Henry is a skilled artisan and an artist. We’ve been with your company since we lived in the Denver Tech center – maybe 20 years? When we first bought this house 11 years ago, Henry to come in and sealed the grout in our bathrooms because we didn’t trust the builder. He did a beautiful job. (Last time we had one of your guys out, it didn’t go so well with Israel. There was a lot of leftover Mess both in the shower and on the floor outside of it, we were confident in the seal itself. That’s why I was grateful to hear that Henry was going to be out. And we were not disappointed.) Henry made up for this - his attention to detail is exceptional, in the one percent. He could’ve ended with the shower, but we see evidence of his work extending well beyond where he needed to go. Instead of just putting the color where he had sealed the grout, he extended well beyond that to make sure that the aesthetic matched both in and out of the shower. It’s obvious he wanted to make sure that the grout Colors matched to a natural endpoint.

Henry is proud of his work, as he should be. He pointed out details to my wife that we might not even have noticed. But now that we do, we are super grateful. He even did the extra task of cleaning the glass on the outside of the shower – that was uncalled for.

He did not rush – he really wanted to make sure that it was done right.

My wife does not get over the excited about aesthetic details – in fact, most of the time she avoids them, because they stress her out. However, she was so thrilled by the attention to detail that Harry had spent in both of our bathrooms, that she, had to show me everything. When I got home from work, we actually spent about 20 minutes looking over all the good work that Henry had done in our bathrooms. :)
