Grout Medic was a wonderful company to work with. They were very professional throughout the entire process. Jesus came out and gave us an accurate and fair estimate. A week later Henry came out and completed the work. There were no additional costs and he did an excellent job! While doing work in our master bathroom and kitchen, Henry consulted us about the color of the caulking to make sure it was the look that we wanted. After the work was complete, Jesus came back out because I was worried about the transition piece from our master bedroom to the master bathroom. I am in a wheelchair, and when I was going over the transition piece, it was making a cracking noise. It turns out there was just some grout underneath the transition piece and Jesus took the time to clean it out and make sure that I was comfortable with it before he left. I would highly recommend Grout Medic for any of your needs. They were a very professional and caring company to work with.
